Lying is Bad

TfL chief Andy Lord lied about LFG volunteers — claiming they were putting graffiti on the tube just to clean it off. FOI requests proved he had no evidence. He apologised. Then TfL hired dozens of new full-time staff dedicated to removing graffiti on the tube.
